Neighborhoods

Question

I think that if we have neighborhoods then, whenever we're in our house\apartment\hotel we can always visit other characters in different houses, instead of meeting your friends in hang-outs or on the street. 

Another thing to say is: If we have lots of neighborhoods with houses then other players can invite you over to tea ect.
