Rares and randomly generated rares.

Question

I would like to see rare items. One would get a rare from being a member for X amount of time or something of that nature. As well as randomly generated rares like the pet kennels from TSO spawning a low percentage rare pet. Loved this in TSO and was one of my main reason to play the game to be a rare collector.
