Dynamic Skilling/Money-Making

Question

Skilling with others would give a boost to the rate at which the skill you are training increases.  People could simply be training the same skill on the same lot, or they could be using a group skill object for an even larger boost.  The same concept can be applied to the use of money-making objects.
