Give the option to have roommates in your household.

From experience, it makes your home lots alot funner with roommates. It gives more ways to socialize and get connected with people in the game. Also, roommates can help take care of house responsibilities while the house owner is offline. In my opinion it's one of those nessecities to building a strong community :)
